These conditions govern the sale of products offered by Douce., a registered trademark, via the website www.douceskincare.com.

Any order implies full acceptance of our general conditions of sale.

Prices are listed in euros, including VAT. Douce. reserves the right to change them at any time. Delivery costs are added at the checkout stage.

#### 4. Payment
Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or any other method offered on the Shopify platform.

#### 5. Delivery
Delivery times are specified when ordering. Douce. cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

#### 6. Returns and withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, **the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene or care products once they have been unsealed**.

Therefore, for hygiene reasons, **we do not accept any returns or exchanges**, even for unopened products.

Douce. is committed to protecting its customers' data. No information will be shared with third parties without express consent.

#### 8. Intellectual Property
